	3/4ths of the votes for any Constitutional revision must be in favor for it to pass, according to our recently changed voting guidelines. 	I believe it was senate sessions. 3 different proposals, if anyone cares: Iron_Fist: II. SENATE DISCUSSIONS 1. Senate Discussions are ongoing discourses where both members of the Senate and members of the EUC forum as a whole can join in on talks about issues relevant to the EUC forum at that time. 2. Senate Discussions will be chaired by the Chancellor. 3. In the case of the Chancellor not being present, the Vice Chancellor will chair the debate, and they will have all the powers of the Chancellor in that position. 4. Everyone participating in EUS Discussions must behave in a respectful manner, refraining from arguing, flaming, and any other inflammatory behavior. 5. If Senate officials and/or people participating in Senate Discussions cannot get along, the chair and the Minister of Defense will attempt to help them resolve their problems. If they are unable to do so, then the chair may call on the Senate to vote for the removal of the troublesome party or parties. A 2/3 majority of the votes cast is needed to remove a Senator. Aides, Ministers, and other participants can be dismissed by the chair alone. Dev_Binks: II. SENATE SESSIONS 1. The EUS will be considered to be in a state of permament session unless the Chancellor wishes to the close it. The Chancellor, or 2/3 of the Senators wish to begin a new session. 2. The Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Senators, and the Senatorial Aides are incouraged to attend any active discussion on new policy, amendments to the constitution, or a vote. Members of the EUC are incouraged to be active in the Senate, and take part in discussions. 3. Everyone in attendance during Sessions must behave in a respectful manner, refraining from arguing, flaming, and any other inflammatory behavior. 4. Senate Discussions will be chaired by the Chancellor, or the Vice Chancellor when the Chancellor is absent. Pellaeon-Firke: II. Senate Discussion 1. The Senate shall be in a permanent state of discussion regarding policy, issues, etc. relating to the EUC forum. This discussion is open to any user, not merely those involved with the Senate in an official capacity. 2. The Chancellor or a simple majority vote may close discussion on a single topic (e.g. the banner) when they feel the time is right and there is no more need for discussion. At such time, the issue will either be brought to vote or be dropped. 3. Discussions will be chaired by the Chancellor. In the Chancellor's absence, the Vice Chancellor will chair the discussion. 4. All participants will be expected to behave in a dignified and respectful manner and obey the ToS/RoC at all times. If there are problems concerning this, the chair and the Minister of Defense will attempt to mediate any conflict or deal with any offenders, if necessary by going to the moderators.
