The GMVAAA has competed in the Las Cruces 4th of July Electric Light Parade with floats for many years now.  The past two years have seen back-to-back wins for the Non-Commercial category, with cash prizes that benefit the club.  Almost every entry that we've made features a trailer or truck with a balloon basket, wherein we flame the night sky to the cheers of the crowds.
