Volunteer Recognition
On March 8, 2003, GMVAAA club supported the Mesilla Valley Balloon Invitational Rally by hosting a flight for the volunteers. The weather was good and we got to fly high.
Jim Hoidahl: We took 3 volunteers up to 9400 feet and edged our way east. After flying for an hour we went terminal and discovered the ground winds much different from before. We landed and swapped out for two more passengers. We took a short flight to a better area.
