What happens after I submit a request for an appointment?
You will receive automatic confirmation of your form submission in the Web browser.
What is the turnaround time for feedback?
Allow one to three (1-3) business days for the consultant to complete the consultation process and return feedback to you in an e-mail attachment.
What e-mail address should I expect back from the OWC?
Check your preferred e-mail inbox for a response message from: consult@nmsu.edu
What type of feedback can I expect?
A consultant will send an e-mail attachment with a commented version of your draft document containing feedback. Feedback consists of collaborative writing and idea input, inserted text comments, and suggestions for revision.
Can I receive feedback more than once?
Yes. The OWC welcomes you to return and request another appointment soon! You can request one consultation session every week during the academic year.
