Welcome to NMSU EWB
We are a student organization on the New Mexico State University campus composed of students from every discipline, professionals, community volunteers, alumni and professors. We are a nonprofit organization whose main purpose is to help those in need by providing sustainable engineering projects while fostering the development of internationally and environmentally responsible students and professionals. We are much like Doctors Without Borders but instead of offering medical advice and help we offer engineering advice and project implementation. We focus highly on including the community through every step of the design and implementation process. By doing this, communities not only have a new project, it is something they really need and want. It also ensures that they know how to replicate it if need be. Projects can be anything from a new toilet design to new school buildings. Our student group is not affiliated or part of Engineers WIthout Borders-USA.
