  • After following the instructions, you can use the following address to access the space. Open up Internet Explorer or Netscape and access the following address ftp://verdi.nmsu.edu. After entering your email name and password, it will let you in. You'll have to place your index.html file, along with your other files in the directory called public_html, by copying them of your drive or simply clicking and pasting them. (Please make sure to change all links to the URL of your website). If you go to your website address (which should be based on the following example: (http://web.nmsu.edu/~youruniversityaccountname) you'll see your website displayed there!
