The training programs and concepts on the following page a designed for highly trained collegiate athletes. The use and or application of the following training programs and concepts are not intended for use by a nonprofessional and if done so the results are purely the responsibility of the user. Weight training or strength and conditioning exercises can, in some cases, cause serious injuries. To ensure a safe working environment any training program must be done under the direction of an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
