Learning Cycle Lesson Plan Guide

(Developed by M. Licona, modified from Atkins/Karplus model)

It is important to articulate precisely what is expected from students participating in the learning experience. Consider this the enduring knowledge students will take with them long-term. This is based on why it is important to learn the concept/s in this lesson. Before selecting the activities, be sure to clearly present what must be included in the final assessment at the end of this unit. This can be done using a rubric.
