Welcome to the new website of the New Mexico State University chapter of NSSLHA. We are a pre-professional organization providing various opportunities for both graduate and undergraduate students in the Communication Disorders Program. Members of NSSLHA will be exposed to a variety of community service opportunities, participate in fundraising events, and create a social and professonal network with peers and professors.

Membership to the national chapter of NSSLHA requires a student to be registered in a program related to communication sciences, such as NMSU's Communication Disorders Program.  National membership is open to students ranging from undergraduate to doctoral students.

NSSLHA Needs You!

Remember, signing up for any NSSLHA events is not a suggestion to show up - you're making a commitment! If you sign up for an event, be sure to attend.  Our community service events only ask for two hours of your weekend - they are good causes, and the people we work with enjoy the time we spend with them.  We know things come up and plans change; if you need to cancel, please contact the officer overseeing the even with at least 24-hours notice.  You will be responsible for attempting to find a replacement.
