Do you think students will take advantage of Synergetic Discipline's softer nature, that they will disregard the teacher because they have no fear of the consequences? Is there anything in Synergetic Discipline that would prevent their doing so?

4. If you introduce Synergetic Discipline as Charles suggests, a few days might pass before students know exactly what is expected of them in the discipline system. Charles suggests you stress personal consideration until the plan is presented to students.
