| Dr.
Gregware is the Department Chair. He has previously taught at the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the Pennsylvania State University.
He received his law degree from Columbia University Law School in 1973 and
a Ph.D. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 1990. He has
worked as a judicial law clerk, was employed as an administrative law
attorney for a federal legal services program, directed a pre-release
program for the Federal Bureau of Prisons and served as a State
Prosecutor. His current interests include law and social policy, border
studies, and judicial decision making.
