Personnel Selection
In this study we are assessing the traits that people use if they were to consider someone for a job. The general purpose is to investigate what characteristics different people value in a potential candidate for basic jobs. The research question is to find out if and which characteristics are valued when people consider potential job applicants for basic jobs, and to see if an individual's general background makes a difference in the traits that are valued. This study is open to all people.
