The 2010 RISE Professional Academy was organized to provide RISE scholars the career progression tools to fulfill the goal of the RISE Program – to build and diversify the nation’s health sciences workforce by increasing the number of students from underrepresented groups who complete Ph.D. degree programs in biomedical and behavioral research.
2009 RISE Midsummer Conference Retreat.

The 2009 Midsummer Conference is the first Retreat organized by the RISE Program for the RISE Community of Graduate and Undergraduate Scholars, RISE Mentors, and RISE Advisory Board members.
