July 2005 - Present: Haptic Feedback Gloves for Visualization of Graphs
Development of a haptic feedback device for visually impaired students to visualize mathematical graphs through vibration sensation.
June 2005 - November 2005:
Development of a refreshable device to draw graphs and software interface for visually impaired students. The device is a tool to be used for distance learning and traditional classes.
January 2005 - May 2005: Braille Accessible Distance Learning System
Developed an accessible distance learning system through a Braille keyboard. System converts HTML to Braille. Allows teachers to add customized accessible distance learning objects such as Tests, Quizzes, and Homework submission.
August 2004 - December 2004: Multi-Language Braille Keyboard
Developed a keyboard for visually impaired students supporting Grade 1, Grade 2, and ASCII Braille. Keyboard functionality was demonstrated on an accessible web browser.
