Text:
Garland, Nibler, Shoemaker; Experiments in
Physical Chemistry, 8th edition. McGraw-Hill,
2009 (GNS) (not mandatory). You may also use 7th edition
(2002)Several of the experiments done in this course are to be found in this book, but with somewhat different procedures. The introductory theory sections can be quite useful, and the experimental sections may also provide valuable information. Use the procedures in the handouts, but use this book as additional reference. I will try to place one copy on reserve in the library.
