Make plans and prepare for events UNAO will be sponsoring. Reserve locations of the events being sponsored by submitting Activity Request Forms, submitting all contracts needed, getting permission for each event. Notifying other committee heads about promoting the event. Set deadlines for events, create an estimate budget with Executive officers and submit reports to vice president. | ||

To organize and coordinate the making of the float. Develop ideas, formulate a list of materials needed, decorating and put together a budget. Committee should also attend meetings with ASNMSU Homecoming Committee and follow policies. Find a location for its building. Maintain communication with AISES and NABSA organization. Make financial decisions and submit to treasurer and report to vice president. | ||

To organize fundraising activities and raise funds for the organization. This can be done by developing ideas, preparing each event, reserving locations, getting permission, submitting a budget report to the treasurer, and vice-president. It is also responsible for contacting public relations and advertising committees. This committee shall work closely with treasurer. | ||

The sole responsibility is to organize the following annual activities: Welcome Back social, Halloween Social, Christmas Social, Valentine Social and other socials if need be. As well as other activities the organization can handle. Preparing for each activity requires you to reserve locations, decorate, holding up a booth, and submitting a budget report to treasurer and notifying the vice-president. | ||

The responsibility of this committee is to maintain communication with UNAO members by notifying them about campus activities being held throughout the academic year (workshops, deadline on scholarships, football, basketball games, etc,). Also, responsible for establishing media contact with NMSU communications, Las Cruces Sun News, and the student body of NMSU. Is in charge of creating posters and flyers for the organization. They are solely responsible for hanging up materials on bulletin boards across the campus. Each material being posted must comply with university advertising policy. | ||

Represent UNAO by being the organization's voice and keeping us updated about other organization plans and events. Three major representatives are required for the following organizations: American Indian Science Engineering Society, Native American Business Student Association, and Associated Students of New Mexico State University. Representatives have no power in making a decision without a vote from its organization. | ||

It is the duty of this committee to notify and encourage UNAO members and nonmembers to participate in volunteer services on campus and in the city of Las Cruces. It is your responsibility to recruit volunteers, establish contact with volunteer organizations, and communicate with other committees within the organization and the vice president. | ||
