2 = a little less than it should be
3 = just as expected from a grad student

Organization &. Clarity


Is the exhibit clear and understandable? Are components clearly labeled?


Is the exhibit self-explanatory?


Is the exhibit professional and scholarly?


Does the exhibit exemplify the researcher’s attention to detail and creativity?


Is the exhibit logical in its presentation? Is there a clear pattern of organization? Is the material presented in an order that makes sense?


Does the exhibitor make good use of the space provided?


Is the exhibit attractive? Is it pleasing to the eye?

Question or Thesis:


Does the exhibit present a central idea? Good exhibits have central themes.


Is the exhibit engaging? Does it tell a good story?


Does the researcher make clear the significance of the exhibit?

Methodology


Is the story fair and balanced? That is, does the exhibit contain a wide range of views on the central issue?


Does the exhibitor use a wide variety of presentation modes and media?

Research &. Conclusions


Is the exhibit informative? Does it tell a story? Exhibits should be educational experiences.


Does the exhibit reach a wide audience?
